• 5 yrs of exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training& full-scale implementation), with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file (e.g., specific human service program area, management information sciences, fiscal);
• 12 mos. exp.in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.
• The PM must possess knowledge in project management for guiding the projects from initiation to closing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience managing all project participants including business leads, sponsor, IT management, PMO management, and project teams.
• Demonstrated experience creating and delivering presentations to executive leadership of the agency.
