• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) Experience
• Experience leading organizations through Agile approaches intended to achieve CMMI Compliance
• Professional certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, Certified CMMI Associate
• Familiarity with IT methodologies and standards, such as PMI PMBOK, CMMI, COBIT, COBIT VAL-IT, SAFe, Lean, IEEE, and / or ITIL.
• Experience working on projects using a variety of methodologies or approaches
• Experience leading and coaching organizations through Agile Transformation and Evolution. Includes developing Agile strategy and transformation plans
