• Experience with SAN & NAS systems
• Experience support of onsite telephony equipment
• Experience with databases, networks, upgrading software, troubleshooting
• Experience creating systems and procedural documentation, and end user documentation
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting H.323 and/or SIP voice protocols in a production environment.
• Experience support for the Customer Service Centre, Duties include administration of Windows and Linux servers
• Experience in Windows 2008, 2012,2016,2019 server administration, DNS, Active Directory, Email servers (Exchange, Squirrel Mail, Postfix, etc.)
• Experience in Avaya Aura Communications Manager, Enterprise Survivable Server, Elite Multi channel, Call Management System, System Manager, Session Managers
