Job Description

Knowledge and basic understanding of ITIL framework.
Excellent oral and written communication skills within a business and/or technical context.
Experience in Networking to include monitoring and management of routers, firewalls, and switches.
Experience working in a high-stress, 24x7, secure environment with flexibility to handle multiple issues concurrently.
Windows server OS (2008, 2012) Linux, AIX, or Solaris Operating Systems, experience with monitoring and management of client/server internal hardware
Experience in Mainframe operations including the use of administration tools such as ZEKE, CA Auto point, CA OPS/MVS Automation, and JCL to manage job control.
