Experience and ability to configure, troubleshoot and test Android Phone across network
 
Experience recording, updating and documenting requests using the IT service desk system.
 
Experience working in an IT support role dealing with IT Professionals and End user Clients
 
Working knowledge of personal computers and laptop hardware and their related software.
