•    Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel.
•    Needs moderate knowledge and demonstrable skills with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment,
•    Needs moderate knowledge Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and O365
•    Require experience in PC swap outs
•    Basic understanding of automated desktop management tools and Active Directory.
•    The position needs to be able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision
•    Requires the ability to lift boxes that weigh 30 pounds or more
