The projectmanager must have comprehensive knowledge of: managerial techniques,administrative practices, and personnel management; information technologyprinciples and practices; project management principles; agency functions andinterralationships.
The projectmanager must have the ability to manage staff, provide leadership, managechange, and achieve results.
The projectmanager must have the ability to manage multiple items at one time andestablish and maintain working relationships with management, staff, vendorsand the general public.
The projectmanager must have the ability to communicate effectively.
The projectmanager shall have at least 2 years of experience relevant to large humanresource reforms.
The projectmanager must provide weekly status reports which must consist of, but notlimited to, a breakdown of the activities and responsibilities; who owns theactivity; when the activity is due; what additional resources are needed;follow-up activities and management decisions.
The projectmanager must provide requested communications to the Commissioner ofAdministration and the Chief Operating Officer of the State of Missouri.
The projectmanager must provide project performance metrics using appropriate systems,tools, and techniques.
