•    Experience with formal project management methodology
•    4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
•    Telecom knowledge of phones/features such as voice mail, call forwarding, multiple line appearances, etc…
•    Telephone transition experience
•    Vet and validate with Program Office Sites
•    Must have very good telecom knowledge of phones/features such as voice mail, call forwarding, multiple line appearances, etc… so as to lead and guide the Site TMOs in fulfilling their needs and requirements.
•    Should have a comprehensive knowledge/experience of transitioning from one VoIP System to another.  (i.e.: ability to interpret one systems lingo and matching it up to the new systems lingo so that the right features are requested for transition)
•    An additional big plus would be a working knowledge and understanding of Skype for Business because that is the new system being transitioned to.
